If you could swap secrets with any celebrity for a day, who would it be?

R
Katy Perry! I love her 'woo woo' energy, and you can tell she's lived a life.

A — Taylor Swift! She’d be awfully bored by the secrets I’d bring to the table but I want to know all the goss she has on her long list of celebrity friends.

What's the most ridiculous thing you've ever done in the name of a secret?

R
— I pride myself on being an EXCELLENT secret keeper! Ironic I
know. But, if you ask me to keep it to myself, my lips are sealed.

A — Not very ridiculous but I’ve absolutely lied to protect a bestie and their secret before. Their secret is mine and I will take it to the grave!

What’s the best lesson about life or
relationships you've picked up while exploring secrets?

R
'You must have at least three hugs a day'. This sentiment was passed down from Louis Hanson's Dad and it has stuck with me ever since!
*cries*.

A — That sometimes, it doesn’t matter if someone who hurt you didn't intend to, they’ve hurt you just the same and you’ve got to prioritise protecting your peace.

What is an episode which has resonated with you
and why?

R
I loved putting together the 'stay or go special (take four)'. Stay or go episodes are so fun, Annabelle and Louis have to come up with a definitive answer, which isn't always easy with such nuanced secrets. We had a right-person wrong time dilemma, a listener who wanted to break up with her unintelligent boyfriend, and someone who was having major doubts about her engagement!

A — This episode didn't necessarily resonate with me personally, but one I still think about a lot is an episode of ‘everybody has a secret’ called ‘head versus heart’. My co-host Louis did an incredible job of leading that one by sharing his own experiences on-mic, and I remember thinking that day just how lucky the shooshies are to have him in the vault (IYKYK).

Favourite Alpha60 purchase?

R
— In this year's 2024 winter season I bought the Gracie mohair cardigan! I haven't taken it off!

A
— I wore the Alfie dress (which i bought in 2019) on repeat on a recent work trip to NYC. I am obsessed with the fun yet subtle print, the material, and just how comfy it is.

Do you have any daily rituals?

R
— I don't do this daily, but I look forward to every Saturday morning; two of my besties and I get together, after spin and grab a coffee on Smith Street in Collingwood. It's the best, it helps me reset after a busy week of work.

A
— Aside from making my bed every morning and trying to drink lots of water, I also ask my sister to send me photos of her baby on most days - does that one count?

If you could be an animal what would you be and
why?

R
— A sloth! I looooove relaxing. I'm constantly reminding myself it's OK to be unproductive, rest is important.

A
— I’ve been told I give bird energy (which I find mildly offensive) and I can’t think of anything else so I’m going to lock in bird as my final answer. It’d be pretty cool to fly, I guess!
