Our Melbourne boutiques are on the hunt for a new superstar Retail Assistant to join our wonderful team.

 

You will bring your retail experience, as well as brand and product knowledge to care for our customers and store throughout the Alpha60 customer journey.

Working closely with the store manager — you will work together to support the day-to-day running of the store and work closely with one another to achieve sales goals and customer relationship processes.


PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS

— Experience working in a retail environment
— Loves working in a fast paced environment
— Applies initiative and loves contributing own ideas
— Familiarity with budgets and KPI’s within a retail environment
— Desire to build strong and long lasting relationships with customers and offer amazing customer experience
— A like for working within a close team environment
— Availability to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

CASUAL WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER | MELBOURNE

CASUAL WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER  


We are on the hunt for our newest Warehouse Support Superstar.

 

As a Warehouse Support Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include picking restocks, receiving and checking incoming stock, and keeping the warehouse organized and operational. You will work closely with the rest of the team to meet daily targets, including supporting our Retail Stores & Online crew.

This is a dynamic role, in a fun team environment, where no day looks the same.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, have a can do attitude and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required – we are happy to provide training to the right candidate.

ASSISTANT MANAGER | SYDNEY PADDINGTON

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - PADDINGTON

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at Alpha60 Paddington.

Located at 256 Oxford Street, Paddington, this part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, fun and creative fashion environment.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with inventory management, providing excellent customer service, and offering training support to the sales team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a love of fashion and a keen eye for detail. You will thrive in a busy store environment & have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task are essential in this role.

This role would be suited for a part time or full time candidate.

In terms of requirements:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work x1 weekend day
