We do not pay duties and taxes for international orders duties and tax thresholds change from country to country, as well as the costs involved - this unfortunately means we cannot pay for these upfront your local customs should be able to provide you with this information
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders made before 1pm will be fulfilled on the same day.
Post dispatch, delivery times differ dependent on shipping carrier and region.

ALPHA60 RETURN POLICY
— Due to the recent events, we have made some changes to our return policy, please see below —
• Return requests are to be submitted within 14 days of original purchase
• ALL purchases can be returned for a full refund to original payment method, including sale items
• Free return shipping for all online orders [within New Zealand] including sale items
• International orders, outlet / sample purchases or in store purchases must be returned at own expense
• Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached
• Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.

Q: ALPHA60 RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Please find your Return Shipping Label inside your ALPHA60 package
2. Package up your return nicely and attached your Return Shipping Label to the outside of the package
3. Include original proof of purchase / printed invoice with your returned item
4. Book a pick up online — ship.gosweetspot.com/bookpickup
5. A courier will collect your return from your selected
